In this happy project, let us dance. Here we do not want to learn any kind of particular dance. We just want you to move.
So turn on some music and get started!
Dancing is an expression of one’s feelings, through the body. So if you want to feel happy, turn on some happy music. If you want to feel some sort of aggressive turn-on, some metal music. Anyway, no matter what music you turn on, support it with a little dance, and put your emotions into it.
Did you ever try to play air guitar? No, so you might start with that on. If you feel uncomfortable dancing it is, totally, ok. However, you could hide somewhere in your home. Start with tiny secret dance moves. So some wired moves, that more or less match the music. Clap your hands, play some air drums, and no matter what comes into your mind, let it out. The aim of dancing is to make you feel good and to be on the right track.
Dance in the morning
After you woke up and somewhat managed your way into the bathroom, put on some music and move to it. Sing a solo into your toothbrush. Do headbanging before you brush your hair. Just do it on a regular basis, and we are sure that there will be some simple coming up.

During the day, it might be hard to dance. Imagine you wait for the next train to come, and you would dance. People will probably think you are some strange person or drunk. So listen to music and play the air guitar with your fingernails, do some minimal headbanging, or open or close your eyes to the rhythm of the music. No matter which dance moves you might come up with, just do it.
The more and more dancing you will do in your daily life, the happier you will be because you will focus on the music and the dance. You will not focus on your sorrows or fears, but you will focus on the music, the rhythms, and the sound. So express yourself, with your own body movements, and enjoy the music.
